A strategic planning session is the foundation of a well-designed website. I’ll interview you to get clarity around your business website goals, so we can lay down the visual design of your new website to ensure it looks professional, and connects with your community and potential customers. Plan for 1.5 hours together.

I’ll design your beautifully branded mobile responsive website based on the content I gathered from you during our strategic planning session. Website copywriting is included, along with all curated stock photography. Additional pages or e-commerce can all be added for an additional charge.

I’ll set up all your initial on-site SEO to ensure your website is optimized for search engines like Google. By following SEO best practices, it makes it easier for search engines to crawl, index, and understand your content. In a nutshell, SEO helps you rank on search engines.

I’ll integrate all of your social media profiles to your website to make it easy for your visitors to follow you and share your content with their community. We can also include a social feed on your website. I’ll also keep your band looking sleek with a customized favicon and social icons.

If you plan on communicating with your customers via a newsletter, I can set up a newsletter opt-in function to capture their email addresses. It will of course be CASL compliant. Contact forms can also be created and are included in the base website package.

Each project is allotted up to three comprehensive revisions prior to the launch date to ensure your website is aligned with your vision and expectations. Two weeks of post launch support is also provided to answer any questions you might have and to make any further minor changes.

If you do not already have a domain name registered, I will assist with securing one for you. If you do already have one, I will help with connecting it to your newly designed website. I use Squarespace to design all of my websites and hosting is provided by them. Domain registration and hosting are additional charges that are paid annually to Squarespace.

The expected delivery timeframe of your website is between 4 to 6 weeks. Your timeline starts when I have all of your provided content in my hot little hands such as copy, photos, logos, branding guidelines, and any other relevant content you’d like added to your website. This timeline is very dependent on your engagement. My goal is to have a first draft sent your way for review by the end of week 1.

A basic 5-page website starts at $2,500 + GST. Pricing varies based on how many assets (copy, photos etc.) are provided at the beginning vs. what needs to be created by me from scratch. À la carte add-ons, hosting, and domain registration are additional charges. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your launch date. The final 50% payment is due at the end of the project when your new website is ready to go live. Cash, e-transfer or credit cards are acceptable payment methods.

Recurring monthly support is available and includes up to four basic copy and photo updates to your site every month. Uploading a blog post you created would also fall into this category. This service is an additional $130 per month + tax (12 month commitment). Please note, this does not include a complete re-design or overhaul of your site. Ad hoc support is also available at $65/hour + tax (1 hour minimum required).

A Blog page can be added for an additional $325 + tax. Uploading of copy, sourcing of stock imagery, and pre-scheduling of up to 4 blogs, that have been pre-written by your company, is included in this price. A live tutorial will also be included so you can add them yourself in the future.

• Additional pages can be added to your 5-page site if you need more at $260 + tax per page.

E-commerce solutions start at $3,500 and up + GST. A custom quote is required for all e-commerce website solutions due to their complexity and pricing is very dependant on how many products you would like to feature and sell. An e-commerce solution can start small with just one product and increase over time. It can also be added to your 5-page website in the future.
